The 3rd Annual KSM Yard Sale is around the corner! Thanks to our friends at Wendy Wright & Associates, the multi-family sale will again be held at Unit 9/10 Liberty Park 282 Route 101 in Amherst, NH.

We will be hosting our fundraising comedy night to benefit Keep Sound Minds. It’ll be a great adults-only fun night out with laughs and friends. Comedy at the Claddagh featuring Jimmy Dunn, Johnny Pizzi, Dave Rattigan Dan Crohn. The Claddagh is loacted at 399 Canal Street, Lawrence and there is plenty of free parking next door. 		Jimmy Dunn http://jimmydunn.com/ Jimmy Dunn is an accomplished writer, actor and director. He recently created, wrote and starred in Olympia Sports million-dollar-plus advertising campaign on the Boston Red Sox broadcasts on NESN.
		Dan Crohn http://www.dancrohn.com/ Dan Crohn has been performing stand up comedy in and around Boston for the last five years. A recent semi-finalist in the Boston Comedy Festival, his stories of family and friends have entertained audiences from all over New England. Dan has opened for a number of well-known headliners and has played shows all over the country. His daytime job of teaching 4th graders has provided him with endless amounts of material. He has wanted to be a comedian since the age of eight when he stumbled upon his Father's Henny Youngman records. Dan Crohn is a force to be reckoned with and is quickly becoming one of the funniest comics in Boston, and with good reason: he's hilarious.
		Dave Rattigan http://www.daverattigan.com/ Boston Comedian Dave Rattigan's deadpan delivery and quick, dry wit has made him a favorite at clubs, corporate shows, colleges, theaters and fund-raising shows. His CD, “Dave Rattigan: Thinks He’s Funny”, has received airplay on XM Satellite Radio and radio stations in the United States, Ireland and Australia. He has performed around the Northeast United States and in 2005 did a series of shows in Kilkenny, Ireland. He performs each year at the Boston Comedy Festival, as well as the top clubs in New England. More important than his career: he and his wife have a beautiful and brilliant toddler (99% Dave's DNA). They don't sleep much. He has played in front of crowds as large as 2,300, and runs a company that produces first-class comedy theater shows and fundraisers, called Scamps Comedy Productions. Rattigan has performed on shows with major national comedy and musical acts including Steven Wright, The Beach Boys, Bob Marley, Jeff Dunham, Nick DiPaolo, Adam Ferrara, Gary Gulman, Bill Burr and Jonathan Katz. In addition to standup, he is a writer of both serious and comedic prose, and has been published in major newspapers and magazines. He is an adjunct faculty member at two North-of-Boston community colleges, teaching writing and public speaking. He also teaches standup comedy in the division of continuing education at the colleges, and several of his students have gone on to perform at top Boston comedy clubs.
